Following Terms and conditions apply when you purchase any product such as Themes, Extensions or services from Creative Themes. Failing to comply with these terms will be considered as a breach which might result in revocation of license and in that case its further use might also enjoin penalties;
Legal Agreement:Creative Themes is the copyright holder of enter website, software, content and services. Copyright law disallows any misuse of above mentioned elements. Failing to do so may require prosecution according to the current law. We hold the right to revoke any invalid license that is in use. All of the code and documentation is proprietary and cannot be used anywhere without prior permission. Without prior permission our software cannot be placed on shared networks such as internet, intranet etc. where at it is publically accessible for distribution. By purchasing any software product you do not have a right to share, lease, lend, sub-license or sale it to anybody else The Copyright information in the software should be intact such as text/links at the bottom of templates We hold the right to publish selected list of our clients on our websites and documentation such as newsletters. But we never disclose personal information We are not liable to you for any kind of damages e.g. profits, saving etc. caused to you, your information and your business arising out of the use or inability to use our Software. We will also not be liable for prosecution in case of any illegal activity carried out. You are not bound by our terms and conditions once you destroy all sources of the purchased product and remove it from where ever it is used All the information provided by the customer should be accurate and meaningful.
After Purchase:Products can be downloaded after purchase from accounts section. If you do not see downloadable link within please contact our support department. (http://support.creativethemes.net)
License:Our Templates are available in two versions, a) Standard Theme Files Documentation HTML b) Developer Theme Files Documentation PSDs HTML Free installation Developer version includes all PSD and enables you to modify the template as desired.
Valid Contact Information:Contact information that is provided during checkout should be valid and reachable. Especially the phone and email address, because this will be used for communication with client.
Product Updates:Free updates are only provided on change to existing version branch e.g. free updates will be provided for version 3.1.2 which is the update of 3.1.1.
Privacy of your data:We never publish personal information; it is collected for the sole purpose of order processing. At any time you can request to get all this information deleted. You can also block cookies that are set by the browser and which are used for getting preferences of browser
Compatibility:All of our themes are properly tested with regard to coding and cross browser testing. We make sure that all of our themes are compatible with modern browsers such as IE, FireFox, Chrome, Safari etc.
Refunds:We will only be able to provide refunds on request within 15 days if you have not downloaded the theme (due to the nature of product) from your account. A download counter displays how many times a theme has been downloaded. So zero indicates that you have not downloaded the theme and you are eligible to get full refund.
Artwork:All the artwork like images, clipart and fonts etc. are part of the product hence they are not supposed to be used for any other purpose.
